Responsibilities
- Conduct initial site inspections to assess damage and outline an effective restoration plan.
- Perform water extraction, fire damage cleanup, mold remediation, and other restoration services.
- Operate and maintain restoration equipment.
- Ensure all restoration work is completed according to industry standards and within project timelines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients, providing updates and information about the restoration process.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a restoration technician or similar role.
- Familiarity with restoration tools and techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in challenging and stressful environments.
- Physical fitness, capable of handling labor-intensive tasks.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Nice-to-Have
- IICRC certification (Water, Fire, Mold).
- Experience with industry-specific software.
- OSHA 30-hour certification.
